Ocasta and Oplift have received yet another honourable mention but this time it was for ‘innovation in business’ at the 2018 Brighton and Hove Business Awards. Our entry focused on Oplift, our employee engagement, learning, and operations tool.

The category was ‘innovation in business’, which recognised companies who best demonstrated outstanding innovation, either by developing a new product or by introducing a new process or system to an existing business.
Last year was a successful time for Oplift, having already scooped awards for our achievements in the field of employee engagement at the 2017 Engage Awards, employee training and customer service at the 2017 TJ Awards, and employee communications at Ragan’s 2017 Employee Communications Awards.
