Last September we showcased our multi-award winning employee engagement, learning and operations app called Oplift to BMW for their 2018 Innovation Lab. After being chosen from 142 applications from 36 countries worldwide, we were one of 21 companies who were shortlisted to pitch in order to claim our place at the lab. BMW were looking for technology which allowed for a more forward thinking and flexible culture so needless to say they were impressed with Oplift and we have been chosen for the 2018 programme!

The BMW Innovation Lab was designed so that the world's leading car giant could adopt a disruptive and agile culture by working with technology providers to develop solutions around their three commercial divisions: BMW Group UK, BMW Financial Services UK, and fleet manager alphabet.

BMW liked Oplift's offerings and could see how our platform could improve their overall business performance. Oplift has a proven record of getting your internal comms read, improving compliance with checklists, connecting teams through more efficient communications, improving consistency of operations and tasks across your business, increasing staff knowledge and getting a consistent view of your estate with store visits and audits. It is available on iOS, Android and web, and can be deployed on personal and corporate devices.

L Marks who run in partnership with the Innovation Lab said "The breadth and quality of applications received from around the world for this iteration of the BMW Innovation Lab has made selecting just five quite tough. However, each of the final startups offers something unique and innovative to the automotive industry."

The programme began on the 15th January for 10 weeks, we have been collaborating with BMW Group's UK leadership team at their UK headquarters, before demoing to senior BMW executives on 22 March 2018. Those who are successful will secure continuing relationships with the company's commercial divisions!
