This month brings two updates that help you keep content fresh and tasks moving. We’ve added content review scheduling for articles and new task statuses in our task management to show where work really stands.
We’re also launching a new support tool to help you get answers faster.
Set review dates for articles
Knowledge & Learning Hub

You can now set articles to be reviewed on a schedule — daily, weekly, monthly, every six months or annually. This makes it easy to keep content fresh, accurate, and trusted, so your teams always have the right information at the right time.
In the admin, you’ll notice a new section called content review. Here you’ll find a full list of articles with review dates, showing which ones are overdue, which are coming up soon, and who last reviewed them.
New task management statuses
Inspections & Checklists Hub
Observation & Coaching Hub

We’ve added two new task statuses: in progress and blocked. These sit alongside to do and complete, giving you more flexibility to show where tasks really stand.
If you’re waiting on something, simply move the task to blocked and leave a comment to explain why. Every status change is tracked in the task activity log, so nothing slips through the cracks.
