Schedule location Reviews!

You can now schedule location Reviews to plan, track, and complete essential checks with confidence — keeping every store or site consistent and nothing left to chance.

From daily checklists and store visits to compliance and inventory Reviews, scheduling helps you stay organised and visible.

Frontline teams can see exactly what needs doing and when, while managers and head office get real-time visibility of progress across every location.

Admins can set how often Reviews should happen — daily, weekly, monthly, or annually — and define how many are required in each period. Once a cycle’s complete, Reviews automatically pause until the next one begins. It’s a simple way to stay on schedule and keep standards high, everywhere.

Every scheduled Review is clearly marked and easy to find in the Start tab, so everyone knows what’s due, what’s in progress, and what’s complete. That means fewer missed Reviews, more consistency, and total confidence across your sites.

Assign tasks to users outside your location

Tasks can now be assigned to users beyond your own location — like regional managers, support teams, or specialists — for smoother collaboration across your teams.

Previously, tasks could only be sent to users within your roaming permissions. Now, a new template-level setting gives admins more control.

They can choose whether users can assign tasks outside their usual locations and specify which roles can receive them. It’s a flexible task management approach to match how your teams actually work.
