We've now released 'reactions' and 'comments' in our latest version of Ocasta. The new release empowers employees to give feedback on all articles and news posts, creating a two-way conversation between you and your employees.

If your people have more to say, fear not. The new release means they can comment on whatever news or article post you want, giving them a chance to share some more detail on how they are feeling. You can simply scroll through the comments and get a real sense of the overall thoughts of your team.

Your management team will love the reactions and comments because it means they can actually see and read what their teams think about their updates. It gives them genuine insight into how their staff are feeling which is essential to improve employee engagement and happiness. It’ll make your workload easier – as instead of getting lots of messages from staff, you can simply answer a question once and it’s available to everyone, and staff can help each other out too.
