We impressed the judges with our presentation for the 2023 Learning Awards. We worked with Victoria’s Secret to show the panel how Victoria's Secret dramatically improved customer experience with the help of our employee observation tool - Review.

The Learning Impact Award is presented to a company that has created a learning programme that has produced tangible business results.
