What is Review?

Review is a digital app which drives sales through “in the moment“ observations, store visits and retail audits. Managers can use the app to observe employee behaviour and map it to their ideal customer journey. Once the report has been completed, the user is presented with an action plan highlighting coaching areas to focus on next time. The more reports that are completed, the easier it is to see the performance gaps causing you to lose sales.

How did Victoria’s Secret use Review to improve customer service?

Victoria’s Secret used Review to determine which customer service areas were lacking. With the data, they could make a tailored training programme to strengthen the areas that needed improvement. They carried on using Review to measure their performance to see if their training efforts were working to improve sales and performance.
