At Ocasta, we are committed to operating ethically, sustainably, and lawfully. We expect the same high standards from our suppliers, contractors, and business partners. This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the minimum standards we expect in the following areas:
1. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Suppliers must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including those related to labour, health and safety, data protection, and anti-bribery.
2. Ethical Business Practices
We expect suppliers to conduct business ethically and transparently, avoiding conflicts of interest, corruption, and unfair practices. Bribery, kickbacks, or illegal incentives are strictly prohibited.
3. Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers should strive to minimise environmental impact through efficient resource use, reducing waste, and promoting sustainable practices in line with their operations. Preference is given to suppliers who align with our low-impact, cloud-based infrastructure ethos.
4. Labour and Human Rights
Suppliers must uphold the human rights of workers and treat them with dignity and respect. This includes fair wages, safe working conditions, and a commitment to non-discrimination and freedom of association. Forced, child or involuntary labour is not tolerated.
5. Data Security and Privacy
Suppliers must implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, particularly where access to Ocasta systems or customer information is granted.
6. Continuous Improvement
We encourage suppliers to maintain high standards, implement continuous improvement practices, and promptly report any concerns or breaches of this code.
